Product Specifications
•⁠  ⁠Weight: Approximately 2.7 catties before slaughter  (approx. 2.2 catties after processing). Each order includes complimentary fresh chicken liver and gizzard.
•⁠  ⁠Storage: Freshly slaughtered and packed in Hong Kong. To maintain freshness, please refrigerate immediately and consume within 1–2 days.
•⁠  ⁠Important Note: As this is a fresh, non-frozen product, a small amount of natural blood water in the packaging is normal and expected.
