It was the motto of Mrs. So Chau Yim Ping, founder of “ Mrs. So’s XO Sauce”, that to make a sauce truly representing Hong Kong, it must be made entirely in Hong Kong.
Mrs. So’s XO Sauce is meticulously handcrafted using the best ingredients coupling with traditional culinary methods under the strictest hygiene standards, our xo sauce has achieved a very intricate taste due to the complicated cooking procedures. All ingredients are carefully selected, prepared, and cooked to perfection, making the sauce a shinning representative of a locally handcrafted sauce.
Key ingredients include:
• Japanese dried scallops
• Chinese Jinhua ham
• High-quality dried shrimp
• Shrimp roe
• Traditional salted fish (Ma Yau)
• Premium fish sauce
